Turkey Citizenship Programme

Turkey's CBI Program is currently the most popular Citizenship By Investment program in the world and as of the start of this year has naturalized a total of 35,000 investors. While a Turkish passport does not provide visa-free access to the Schengen Area The Turkish program is the only Citizenship By Investment Program that allows for the acquisition of real estate on the open market. Istanbul is a particularly attractive market where investors can earn up to 8% in guaranteed rental returns.

Investment Option

  • Investing a minimum of $250,000 in residential or commercial real estate in Turkey. Investors can invest in multiple properties to qualify but the property/s must be held for at least 3 years
  • Invest $500,000 in Turkish government-issued bonds which cannot be resold for a period of three years after purchase.
  • Investing $500,000 in shares in a venture capital investment fund or real estate investment fund which operates in Turkey.
  • Making a $500,000 deposit into an account held at a Turkish bank.
