THE START UP VISA
The Canada Startup Visa program is an investment program leading directly to PR in Canada. It is designed to enable entrepreneurs start an innovative business in Canada. A government recognized business incubators will launch this venture on your behalf and this business will qualify you for permanent residency in Canada in order for you to come in and run it. However, you can engage in other activities and allow the incubator continued operation.

THE INTRA–COMPANY TRANSFER PROGRAM
The Canada ICT program allows business owners, senior managers, or key employees in companies established outside Canada to gain a work permit in Canada in order to establish a Canadian branch of operation. This pathway ultimately leads to permanent residency and citizenship in Canada.
Canadian residency between 1 – 3 years.
Canadian Permanent Residency qualification in 1 year of residency.

A processing period of 6 - 8 months should be expected. Applicant is expected to migrate to Canada within 90 days of approval. You and your dependents qualify for PR in a year of holding this residency. Cumulative physical residency of a minimum of 3 years in a 5 year period is required to maintain PR and qualify for citizenship.

THE ENTERPRISE INVESTMENT PROGRAM
The Canadian Enterprise Investment Program allows investors to get residency in Canada based on capital shares obtained through a certified Canadian enterprise. An investment into a profitable business is required, no IELTS tests. This pathway ultimately leads to permanent residency and citizenship in Canada.
Canadian work permit between 1 – 3 years.
