THE INNOVATOR VISA
The British Innovator visa program is an investment program that grants investors a quick pathway to settlement in Britain. An investment of 150,000GBP into an endorsed business plan qualifies you for 3 year residency and ILR immediately thereafter.
The right to live in the UK, work is allowed for dependents and all social services are available to you.
Pathway to British citizenship.
Up to 2 business partners and their family can be covered by one business plan.
Applicant must have business or professional experience.
Applicant must have no ties to criminal activity.

A processing period of 2-3 months should be expected. Upon approval your Innovator Visa is issued for 3 years, giving you unlimited access to the UK. Without stay requirements, your innovative investment qualifies you for ILR immediately after these 3 years. British citizenship comes with spending a minimum of 6 months yearly for up to 6 years.

THE EXPANSION WORKER VISA
The British Expansion Worker Visa is intended to allow senior managers and specialist employees temporarily reside in the UK on behalf of their company. This allows a company to send a maximum of five representatives to facilitate its expansion into the UK.
A maximum of 2 years stay in Britain allowing you work.
You can switch to the Skilled Worker Pathway or any other settlement program while in the system.
Your dependents can work or study free where qualified.
Your company must not have prior presence in the UK.
Proof of funds of 1,270GBP at minimum, with additions for dependents.
An annual salary of 42,400GBP.
A processing period of 2 – 3 months should be expected. Upon approval your Expansion Worker Visa is issued for a year, giving you unlimited access to the UK. You are allowed to renew this visa for another year, after which you must switch to another pathway to continue stay. British ILR comes with spending a minimum of 5 years on a settlement pathway like the Skilled Worker Visa (link).

THE SKILLED WORKER VISA
The British Skilled Worker Visa is designed to allow those who gain employment in Britain gain entry. A licensed employer must issue a certificate of sponsorship with a work contract. This pathway leads to ILR in 5 years.
Right to live, work and study in the UK.
Pathway to permanent residence and British citizenship.
Proof of funding.
Proof of English.
A processing period of 3-4 months should be expected. Upon approval your Skilled Worker Visa is issued for 3-5 years, depending on work agreement. British ILR comes with spending a minimum of 5 years as a sponsored employee, citizenship after the 6th year.
